Vegetable Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 ounce can tuna fish, drained
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1 celery stalk + leaves, minced
  • 1 radish, minced
  • 1 tablespoon artichoke antipasto (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • ΒΌ teaspoon black pepper
  • juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Flake tuna fish in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Add in vegetables, mayonnaise, lemon and pepper. Mix together to combine.
