Enjoy your favorite Summer produce all year long with a batch of Sarah Sanneh's Blackberry Bran & Zucchini Muffins.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine the flour, baking soda, salt and bran together in a large bowl.
Add wet into dry and gently fold in blackberries (try not to burst!)
Fill a parchment paper lined muffin tin with batter (about 2 1/2 Tablespoons per muffin) and bake for 30 minutes.
If desired: top each muffin with an additional blackberry before baking.
