Feta & Nectarine Salsa Dip
 
 
A sweet and salty combination, this Feta and Nectarine Salsa Dip make the perfect Summertime dip.

Makes: 1¾ cups
Ingredients
  • 3 nectarines
  • ⅓ cup sliced grapes (cut each piece into ⅛)
  • ½ cup chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) package Breton Artisanal Sweet Potato and Ancient Grains
Instructions
  1. Cut the nectarines into small pieces by slicing lengthwise segments around the pit. Rotate 90° and repeat (to get horizontal and vertical cuts). Depending on the ripeness of the fruit, pull off the cut pieces or slice away from the center pit. Repeat with the remaining nectarines. Transfer to a bowl. Makes ~1⅓ cup.
  2. Mix in the grapes and chickpeas.
  3. Add in crumbled feta before serving.
  4. Spoon one tablespoon of salsa onto each cracker.
